After the earthquake in Bingol 2003, Turkish Parliament Foundation contracted awarded 6100 m2campus units with the 16 classrooms, 41abrotaries, library, mess hal, 100 bed dormitory, conferance hall with the 225 people capacity. Hall project finished in 150 days.
