The cooperative project consist of totally 26 detached houses is in Cinilikoy quarter of Kemalpaşa county in İzmir. Administratives of the cooperative have decided to build the houses with LGS by considering high level earthquake danger of the location, cold weather and high snowfall rate beacuse of the altitude. The design of the houses have exposed according to ecological house design criteria and desires of the cooperative members and three different detached house type have been revealed. Those types are all 26 in the aggregate and divided as 2 dublex houses with 185 m2, 7 one- storeyed houses with 155 m2 and 17 dublex houses with 240 m2. Project has also water treatment unit, swimming pool, rock walls, vehicle and pedesterian accesses. Ozgecan Cooperative has also an award about the fastest completed project.
